2008 pontiac grand prix stalling

Asked by stahlhouse2 Jun 07, 2020 at 08:36 PM about the 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix Base

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My grand prix will stall once in about every 500 miles when slowing down to
make a turn. It will always restart and drive away like nothing happened. Seems
to be happening at little more regulary

Check to make sure battery connections and grounds are tight and clean. Then scan for trouble codes. That's always the best place to start. There is possibly information stored in the computer that will guide you.

Probably best to just drive it till it gets worse. With no codes even a repair shop will just be guessing. It's frustrating, but probably all you can do for now.
