Attention Pulley

I have replace the attention pulley and my belt still coming off

Are you sure you have the right size belt? You should have to retract the tension pulley with a tool like a ratchet head to get the new belt on. If it just slides over the pulley it is not properly tentioned. Maybe the arm that the pulley is mounted on has shifted.
