How often do I service this auto - Lube & Oil

Same I aim for 3000 miles once I hit 3000 miles I find the right day and time to take it in for an oil change. Sometimes in my busy schedule it doesn't make it in till 4000 miles. Transmission flush should be done every 75,000 miles and Coolant flush must be done 150k or 5 years whichever comes first. Do not let the coolant flush go like I did, that stuff gets acidic and starts eating gaskets within!
