Im having the same issue with my 2006 Impala SS, and im thinking its going to take more money than its worth to fix it. I dont want to get rid of it, but its cost me one job so far, and now begging for a ride to get to my new job im supposed to start today. Its all the same check engine light, service traction control, but sounds like one of the CV joints is clicking in the turns. Just not good and not sure what to do.

My 2103 Impala with 80K is doing same thing. Took in and replaced both front wheel hub (Bering) assembles and replaced front brake pads. 2 days later same errors. Traction Control so there is a button I turned traction control off , now it says traction control off.. then it says service traction control error... Service Stabilitrak error.. this error could mean you threw a rod in the engine to who knows what.. Also Service Brake Assist error...??? WTF.. Seems to be running fine. I think I should disable all sensors..

Good evening! I am having the same prob with my 2013 Chevy impala (118,000 miles). Took to Chevy dealer in San Diego. Said multiple misfires and "POSSIBLY low compression" we RECOMMEND "New Trade in or replace engine" Would not tell me what the issue was causing the misfire "only when Stabalight trak an Service traction control would flash" not 100% of the time. Did either of you find any helpful advice on this recurring issue with Chevy? Email is: joseph_lawtey@yahoo.com Any help would be appreciated Thx

I am having these issues but my lifters are bad and that is causing it. However the issue you guys need to address I used to have and it was a electronics harness. I will ask my mechanic which one it exactly was. My intake was causing it to short because of the metal box. It immediately fixed it.

I have the exact same problem going on with mine I have the engine light flashing and the light comes on says service traction control Avon Island it will miss like crazy I can to get the RPMs up to 1,500 or 1,000 and it won't miss a lick but soon as we get going down the road it starts missing if I take it down then it comes out of it I replace spark plugs spark plug wires coil pack it ran good for a while then it started doing it again I was wondering could have a Cadillac converter or could it be fuel pump or fuel filter I mean please and thank you

I have the same issue going on with my 2013 Impala. My check engine light and traction control light will be on at the same time, and after a couple days or so: my traction control light will turn off and my check engine light will stay on. Then eventually, my check engine light will turn off. And my car with drive normal for about a few days before the problem resurfaces. When my traction control is on, and I put my car in park, my RPM’s go all the way up to 3,000 and sit there until I turn my car off. If I switch gears while my RPM’s are higher than 1,000, my transmission feels like it’s dropping.
