Trucks bogs down when I put it in gear some
people tell me it's the torque converter but idk.
Please help I've also put new plugs and wires on it

Can you expand on what you mean by bogs down? Engine doesn't make power? Engine sounds like its struggling (like its making power but transmission isn't grabbing a lower gear?)? If its just lowering rpms from neutral to drive, that is not at all uncommon. Many ecu's will hold a high idle in neutral, especially in colder climates and especially during warm up.

Like it spits and sputters while trying to switch gears and it almost dies when I put it in gear
