I use the remote to unlock the car then when I open the door the alarm goes off. I hear the beeps that indicate then car is unlock yet the alarm goes off. Any ideas what the problem may be?

That happened before but once I changed
the battery the problem was resolved. The
battery is 2 years old, I had it tested and is
fine.

The battery shouldn't be the issue. If you know your way around your car's wiring then I'd say delve into it and test everything. But if you don't, I'd recommend you call someone who does. That usually indicates a wiring issue.
