What is "0/0 OFF" light for on?

This light is located inside the RPM gauge, next to the cruise control light.

Yes, now I believe it was "O/D OFF" & that there is a button/switch on the gear shift. I'll have to check it out. Thanks to both of you! :)

What does it mean when the light comes on after i put 2 quarts of oil and 1 quart of transmission fluid
