Clamp off the heater hoses and see if leak stops. (Or you can pressure test the heater core and see if it is leaking.) If it is leaking, only fix is to replace. You could also run a wire up the heater box condensation drain tube, if that got plugged up condensation could be running over (that would be water versus coolant, as you don't mention if the fluid leaking is coolant or water).

Are you using water? If it has a-c is it the drain your seeing? The water on the ground stick finger in it and taste it if it's sweet it's antifreeze if not it's water

after removing the reservoir tank i can see the hoses coming out of the water pump and they SEEM ok. i have a big rusty water spot where the front cross member meets the side rail on the passenger side. again its not leaking in the van. do i have to remove all that ac stuff or go inside and remove that plastic box under the passenger side dash board to find this leak. it is not a condensation leak. every time i turn the van off over night all the fluid is gone. i have to refill and bleed the air out again. it doesnt seem to leak when it is running though

after exposing the heater core and ac condersor i see know leaks. i see know leaks in the hoses coming off the water pump or the heater core but im still losing my water. is there some type of water main seal on the engine block? i have a nasty water rust stain where the cross member meets the side fram or rail on the front passengers side thats why i exposed the ac condenser and the heater core

Are you running the AC? That would be condensation from the evaporator.
