I got in my truck after work started it up and there
is a terrible knock coming from the engine.   Drive
it home with the knock and oil pressure was good
but knock got faster and slower with rpm.   Any
idead

Lately there have been a huge number of posts here about Dodges with low oil pressure and/or rod knocks. If you keep driving that engine you will throw a rod through the block.
