My SRS-Airbag Urgent message popped on. Volvo wants to charge me 150.00 to hook it up to read which airbag. Could it just be a sensor thing?

Yes, most likely such as seat sensor. Carsoft specific software would at least be required to read code. Regular obd readers may only give a basic fault not specific failure. Volvo uses DICE which requires a user fee that usually is not something a DIY would or could invest in. Equus makes a Srs/abs scan tool but you would have to research what it can or cannot do.
