Car will turn over but not start, why

Turns over but will not start, battery was bad so I
replaced it but still not starting

It could be you don't have spark and or fuel pressure. You have to check for both. Do you hear the fuel pump buzz and or prime when you turn the key to the on position before you try to start it?
