YES. You can. JUST POP THE VINYL TRIM UP AT THE BACK DOOR OF YOUR TAHOE. RUN YOUR HAND UNDER THE CARPET AND FEEL TO SEE IF THERE IS SOMETHING THAT FEELS LIKE BOLT HOLES. THEY WILL BE PLUGGED WITH DUST COVERS. IF YOU DO, YOU CAN DO AS I DID. ORDER YOU A SET OF THIRD ROW OFF EBAY TO FIT YOUR TAHOE. ALSO ORDER THE HARDWARE TO LOCK YOUR SEATS DOWN. SLIT THE CARPET BOLT THE HARDWARE INTO YOUR TRUCK AND LOCK YOUR SEATS IN. PROBABLY LESS THAN $500.00 IT ADDS VALUE TO YOUR VEHICLE TOO. HAVE FUN. I DID.
