Replaced motor on driver side door window went about halfway down and
stop lost all power inside the explorer. No power windows no speedometer no
radio no electric seats no heat or AC power to control panel

You have probably blown a fuse (or potentially overloaded a circuit feed) when the window motor stopped if you continued to energize it trying to make it work. Check your fuses and, if OK, look closely at your motor wiring for any obvious shorts. Nothing there, then disconnect the motor from the window regulator and see if the motor still runs under no load.
