car will not start, something to do with my key?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I changed my window regulator and motor. also disconnected battery now when i try to
start it just turns over. the security light with key symbol comes on. i have tried the steps
from manual. not working

Sounds like a fuel pump or security interlock issue
