After replacing my computer in the vehicle how do I
reprogram it to start up

Call the dealer or other shop in the area that may have the hardware and soft ware for the job

You did not buy a "plug and play" ECU? If not it may need to be reflashed.

Yes, it needs to be flashed by your local Dealer or other reputable repair facility that has the equipment to do it. Hope that helps! Jim
