Heat not working

My heat is not woeking. When I turn it to the hot
setting it continuously blows cold air. Any clue
why??

there is a "temperature mixture" flap inside of the console, within the ductwork below the radio. It is controlled by a small gear motor. Unfortunately, it has plastic gears that can break. YouTube has good videos as to how to access and replace that gear motor
