recheck bulbs on all lights and grounds for each and check the bulb sockets, look for shorts.

Mine doing the same thing but started out with right side now both left and right not working. All bulbs are good but no flashers. I was told it was the 'smart junction box' that needed replaced. i have been asking around trying to find out where it is located at but cant seem to find anyone who knows. Would like to try and fix myself. Was told it would be around $750 to fix. OUCH!!!! Good luck with your issue. Hopefully its not the same problem.

Are your emergency flashers out too? It may be your Turn Signal/Hazard Flasher, looks like a relay and it should be under the dash between steering column and under dash fuse panel and most look something like the photo below.
