My 99 Acura TL 3.2 shuts off when I put it in gear?

There is a reported issue with the EGR system being clogged that can cause the problem. It could also be a transmission switch sensor. If you are having no other issues with it running other than it shutting off when put in gear I would suspect the sensor over the EGR clogging.
