2007 grand marquis issue with air / AC

Asked by Steve Aug 08, 2017 at 12:39 PM about the 2007 Mercury Grand Marquis GS

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I bought the car used several months ago, the AC,
the vents, the heat, EVERYTHING worked... today
while driving it just stopped, the air controls are
manual (not digital). No matter what I set it on it
will not turn on. Nothing comes out of any vent,
defrost or feet... nothung. I've checked fuses 15
and 17 they are both good. Any ideas on what it
could be, would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
