Serpentine belt keeps coming off 2007 Mercury Milan Premier. What could problem be?

Serpentine belt keeps coming off 2007 Mercury Milan Premier. Replaced belt, 3 times,  2
pulleys, water pump, and 2 transmission lines.  Belt is still coming off.  What can the
problem be?  It has been seen by 4 mechanics.

My car is doing the dame thing ...I borke a belt put a new 1 on went to start and threw the belt ...what did you to fix your car???

If you have an oil leak that could be why its popping off a friend of mine jerry is a mechanic and thats exactly what i just went thru and no one else has been able to figure it out except for him. so if you have leaking oil thats hitting the belt or is on the pulleys any where this will continue to happen
