Most newer vehicles can obtain 250,000 miles easily with original equipment if properly maintained and serviced. I would not be terribly afraid of this vehicle although you could get a newer Jeep or similar SUV with lower miles for just a bit more money.

113k isn't that much for one of these, and theres plenty of life left in it. The V8's are generally pretty robust, and if serviced regularly will do stellar milages. Head gaskets can be a problem, whilst earlier models suffered from porous block problems. However, most of these have been sorted by now. My 93 3.9 is close to 160k and still going strong.

Have it checked out by a mechanic. If it was maintained, it will last. If not, it will die soon. I had to have an engine in mine at 115,000. These are durable vehicles, if they are maintained they will go above 350,000 miles.

bro thats really not alot of mileage i have one with 95k miles and it runs so nicely im sure ill be able to take it easily into the 200,000's but the thing is ive had it since it was made and i maintain vehicles like a sick man oil change every 2500miles air filter every 6 months... like its all a matter or maintance and how you force a vehicle, and think about it you pay say 8500 lasts you another 100k miles you can buy an engine now for that truck say a 4.6 liter for under 2grand rebuilt in a crate. i think thats not alot of miles
