Do a fuel system pressure test to make sure the fuel pump is not just providing flow, but also providing the required pressure for the fuel to atomize properly. The pump may be able to build up the initial pressure required to start the car but not able to sustain the pressure required to run it. This will also tell you if you have a potentially bad fuel pressure regulator or maybe a vacuume line in said regulator has come loose. If you are dead set on checking the injectors I would suggest 2 checks: 1) remove the spark plugs and turn the car over, look to make sure a mist of fuel is coming out the spark plug holes. 2) Get a noid light to hook up to the injectors or find a picoscope and use them to check the injector signals for the proper voltage signals. Your typical Volt meter is not accurate/fast enough to check this signal. I seriousley suggest looking into the fuel pressures though.
