How to fix CEL and CC blinking?

Hi, I have a 2006 Impreza2.5i wagon, changed the ignition switch assembly
and reconnected battery after, got CEL and blinking CC, now car would be
having rpm issues, need reset?

Use a code scanner and delete the codes . Or go to an auto parts store that will scan for codes for you and ask them to delete them for you .
