Hello igotissues-- Several things could cause the pulley to bend. Needless to say, you will be replacing it. As you take it apart you will see possible causes, such as a bent shaft. Or perhaps a bearing went awry. Your answer will reveal itself as you complete this project. Good luck from Bovan.
