Does it unlock the doors? Perhaps the battery is dead, or the battery connection has become dislodged from the circuit board.

I can still lock the doors and unlock the truck where do I get this fixed? I appreciate your help. Thank you

You might have a corroded pad on the remote button. Try opening up the key fob and checking the connection pads to make sure they are clean. Do you have a second remote? If so, have you tried that one?
