2002 jaguar x. Driver's door latch not working and can't open the door to get at the latch bolts. Any ideas?

Can't get the driver's door open on an x-type Jag to rapair the latch.

Maybe the latch cable got loose you may have to reattach it , Follow the link to take door panel off: http://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x-type-14/step-step-door- panel-removal-954/
