How long since a tune-up? Any applicable trouble codes? Use a gage and check proper fuel pressure. The fuel pressure spec is 41--47psi. After you get the correct fuel pressure, turn the key off, see if fuel pressure holds for a bit, If it drops like a rock, check the vac line on fuel pressure regulator, if it has gas in it, the fuel pressure regulator is faulty. Another thought is a leaking fuel injector? It is possible the pressure is draining back through the fuel pump. You could check for visible fuel leaks around fuel lines and whatever. Also, check coolant temp sensor.
