in about 5 seconds after the ignition is turned to run(not using the starter), you should hear the relay click then pump supposed to activate and lift the rear struts. if the grille points skyward & the back is draggin, it definitely needs service. there are two sensors, one on each side to determine both rear suspension strut positions.

Where is the relay located? I haven't jacked the car up yet but I want to check all fuses and relays before I go under to check power to the pump, then I will check for any leaks in the lines or air bags on the struts
