1999 Buick Regal won't start

Question type: General

No power draining, all lights come on. Turn ignition
over and nothing. Not a tap or tick, doesn't even
dim the lights. Is there a fuse that goes to the
starter?

1) Check if battery is good 2) Starter motor is bad, corroded inside. Tap with hamper and try to restart motor. Once the motor starts, check battery, check alternator, if all is good, than your starter needs to be replaced.
