how do i reset radio to receive all channels on sirius radio 2006

how can i reset factory radio to receive all channel on sirius part of radio

I have contacted sirius and the radio won't pick-up some of the channels they said i need to reset radio so i can get channels that it skips over like 57 55 and so on when i should be getting them
