Remove door panel window switches have two Phillips screws one under a plug on facing above door handle the second is at the front of handle assembly, one in the arm rest taking a flat blade at bottom of panel pry gently till a pop is heard continue around panel lift up panel lean top of panel out gently remove moisture barrier try not to tear barrier. Remove speaker assembly, (4 #2 Phillips) you should be able to see the broken regulator cable near the front of door there are two large torx bolts black or silver or both same on close side as well, pay close attention to their adjustment point. Three screws on the motor are mounted on a small rubber plug w a brass insert and are usually destroyed in the extraction Process you will need to get some from chrysler prior to removal. 31.00 dollars prior to tax. (Motors can be Mounted to door directly noisy operation can result) once torx bolts are removed lift window to a working position where you can get your hand behind, tabs on glass will have a clip pull both retain both pull rubber trim (inside of door edge top) remove glass extract guides (regulator all at once) reverse procedure once glass is ready to be installed glass just pushes on to regulator and the two clips from earlier lock it in place. If glass rolls up funny and doesn't sit in track properly re adjust torx bolts securing regulator guides. Both guides MUST be even for proper function. Repair time 1.0 hrs start to finish

Had major problem with window. Took door panel off and opened up the motor that runs the window up and down. There is two small bushings in the motor that must touch the motor part unscrew the motor and replace bushings and this is easy to do. If this works u save u self a head ache. If not then u have the headache to take apart and fix the power window. I do not know much about cars and I just guessed at doing this do to I did not know how to fix window from going up down. the garage wanted 250 dollars to fix. It works great now. got parts from junk yard free do to they said just keep them no charge. Be sure u do not damage the copper wire on them or it will not work. took me about 2 minutes to fix problem 3 hours to take off panel and replace it back on my 1999 town country limited van.
