Battery changing

I am trying to change the battery in my 1993
Lumina. I have gotten the strut off and two screws
that connect the washer fluid tank to the frame
behind the headlight. But the washer fluid tank
won't come off. And the battery in directly below it.

After removing the two bolts that hold the washer bottle on, lift it straight up, there's a tab on the bottom that slips into a slot on the frame, and it might have some tension on it if it's been there awhile.
