has new battery and still will not start

sounds like an issue with the security system. Most systems would reset if you lock and unlock the driver door manually with the key, This helps sometimes. Having the same issue on the same vehicle and same year. What did the dealership say about the problem you were experiencing?

It could be your starter I've had a problem where it didn't want to kick on.
