Is there a secret password needed to get a question answered by Cargurus?

Asked by Donald Jul 17, 2021 at 12:02 AM about the 2007 Honda Odyssey EX-L FWD

Question type: General

I managed to find a phone number, but no answer.  I left a message, but no
response in several days, either by phone, text, or email.  Has anyone else had
better luck?  All I want to know is how to see the messages sent by potential
buyers.  I'm sure not having a good experience so far.... DoN

Did you try emailing them at user_support@cargurus.com? I have personally spoken with the so called customer service representatives who are rude, unhelpful, and like to just hang up on people! To say they're the worst I've ever dealt with is an understatement!! I've had very good luck using the email address I've provided. Good luck to you and I hope that helps! Jim

Thanks Ed and Jim! 43 complaints to the Better Business Bureau hasn't motivated them either. Maybe time to look at Edmunds, Autotrader, and Cars.com. Thanks again, DoN
