the horn doesn't work although i've had it repaired twice
Is there any way to check the horn relay?

I am sure there is a way to check the horn relay using a multimeter, but I would suggest replacing the horn relay with a new one as the best and most convenient way to check the part. Without the exact electrical specs for the relay operation it may not be possible to accurately test it with a multimeter.
