Depending on your state of residence you may have some recourse under the lemon law, or you may want to contact the state Attorney General's office to see if there is any recourse there.  The Better Business Bureau may also be able to help.  I would first try to resolve this with the dealership, of course, depending when you bought the car, they may just claim ignorance.
