06 Buick Lucerne transmission

I have an 06 Lucerne with 80k, and it's popping in reverse
like the parking pin is catching. It's overheating on the
highway and getting stuck in third gear on regular roads.  
Has a code for tourque converter stuck DISinguages? Bad
transmission already at 80k????

Can you put a 2006 Buick Lucerne transmission into a 2007 Buick Lucerne.
