07 Buick Lucerne, all electric seat positions work, the seat moves forward all the way, moves back but only 70%.

Drivers seat will move forward 100%, will move sack wards but only about
70%. Switch or motor??

My thoughts are the seat track(s). There is an internal bushing that breaks down over time. It may be hanging up in a particular spot.
