My battery is going dead and it's new I did a current draw on the battery and I
am getting 4.7 volts intermittently I pulled fuses one by one and it didn't go
away is this normal

Measure the Amp draw. The volts probably mean nothing.
One thing to keep in mind when pulling fuses to look for a current draw is that computer modules need to go back to "sleep", and if you are constantly opening doors during the testing, they'll remain active, and drawing more current. That said, we would only be talking milliamps of additional current over their inactive state. I'm not sure what you measured as 4.7 volts, as voltage is not checked when looking for a parasitic draw. If you are reading an extreme current draw, then you have a dead short somewhere, and it's not likely pulling fuses will affect it. Start by checking the main battery harness and grounds, and make sure there isn't any frayed wiring making accidental contact with other parts.
