2007 Ford Ranger line from
the reservoir to the
transmission came out put
her back in now the clutch will
not go into gear or do I need
to do

Clutch needs to be bled as it has air in it. Makes me wonder why the hydraulic line came out of the clutch master cylinder or slave cylinder. I would do a "google"search for Ranger clutch bleeding and go from there. You may have to replace some parts depending on what the reason was for the hydraulic line coming loose.

That brass fitting that goes the line goes into his loose is it supposed to be loose

No Put the retaining clip or pin back in to secure the input line to the slave cylinder and then bleed the clutch !!!
