my 2007 ford freestar stahlls when i give it gas and reaches 3000 rpm

changed fuel filter and fuel pump assembly and still getting same symtoms.

no lights on dash, if i keep it under 3000 rpm its ok. i put in park rev it to 3000 rpms then it starts reving up and down and it wants to stall.
