turn key wont crank

I turn the key get all the lights and bells on the dash, dont turn over or crank.  
checked fuses, followed wires,

You're not really giving much information have you checked your car's battery check the terminal connections make sure they're clean and tight and the batteries charged that's the first thing you need to do and get back to us.
