Locked stereo how do I get my radio unlocked

My 96 Saturn SC2 radio is locked I pressed
the 2&3 buttons got the code 490 pressed
the am/FM button. & nothing happened

is it the standard included stereo? You can buy a cheapo $20 bluetooth AM/FM stereo with aux and USB ports at wal-mart, takes about 20-60 minutes to install and setup depending on your natural talent with wires.
