no start on 95 saturn

I just replaced the timing gears and chain on a95 saturn sl2 dohv. It was running fine before hand. But now it not hitting a lick. there are no codes and I have spark.I went back and double check the setting on the timing and it correct. Can you help

Did you put the chain back on with the gears in the EXACT position that they were when you took it off?
