Check your anti-freeze level. If its low fill it and then look for a leak. Could also be the thermostat.

I'm going to say you either have an air pocket in the cooling system, the blend door motor is bad or blend door itself it broke or stuck.

It takes a gallon of water everytime u drive it an there's no leaks did a pressure test on radiator and it holds so where's the water going it doesn't overheat he comes and goes

If it takes a gallon every time you drive then it's either leaking out or into the engine. Pull the oil dipstick and see if it's overfull and foamy.

Then it's leaking externally. Can only be one or the other. You've eliminated the internal. Check you're hoses(upper- lower radiator, heater hoses front and rear, any and all bypass), heater core, intake gasket, water pump gasket(s), thermostat housing gasket.

Doesn't matter. Some part(s) of your cooling system is leaking. Plain and simple. Have a mechanic look at it.
