Why did my power windows stop working?

My driver's side window won't go up and the other three windows won't go
down.  Any ideas on what the problem might be.

I finally got the driver's side window back up and go the other windows to go down. The fuses were okay but I changed one out anyway. The window went up after that but I don't think it was anything to do with the actual fuses.
