1996 Chevy suburban

Okay try this again I put a fuel pump in a couple
months ago got a full tank of gas my distributor
was loose so jump ignition timing I've got a bunch
of new parts the camshaft position sensor
crankshaft positioning sensor mission control
module and all that right before I got the fuel pump
and Bam it started but now after it broke down
because it distributor moved I can't get it fired now
that I got it in top dead center and everything and
pointed to the number one cylinder unless I put
gasoline into the carburetor

Pointed to #1 cylinder physically or the #1 spark plug wire in relation to the contact on the cap? The wire is what you're after and you must make sure you're at TDC on #1 cylinder on the compression stroke, to check you can remove the spark plug and have someone turn it over by hand while you put you finger over the plug hole (you're looking for ot to push your finger away) or you can take the valve cover off that bank and make sure both valves on #1 are closed (you shoild be able to spin both pushrods with relative ease)
