Buick Roadmaster estate brake lights

When pressing the brake pedal my center
mount brake light comes on, but my lower
two do not. I have replaced the turn signal
switch, brake light switch, sockets, and
bulbs. No fuses are blown. What could it be?

Look in the owners manual or under the hood for the relay box, inside the top of the cover there is a list of the relays.
