Losing oil pressure in my 1997 tahoe

What makes you lose oil pressure while driving goes to
zero for about 20 seconds then works right again.

You could be very low on oil or you could have too much oil in the engine. Too much oil will cause the oil to foam. When that happens the oil pump is sucking air bubbles instead of liquid oil. So the pressure drops. Hope that helps! Jim
