How does this work??

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

So im still making payments on my truck but want
to trade in for something smaller. I was married
now divorced need a smaller economic vehicle for
me and my autistic child. How do i sell or trade in if
still making payments?

Hopefully you have equity in your car. If you owe more than it is worth you have a problem.

watch it , its not the dealers being evil , its what is easily done, trade in your truck with the money still owed .for a car that is priced whatever? and a bunch of whatever the hell can be thrown in there at a cost , transfer, clerical tax and title, wash job and maybe a shoeshine , and you thought that old truck is finally gone and the debt too !! no,, now you owe for two cars, and the shine, that's peanuts though next to the big numbers . thought the student loan was a scam , I think they work together
